  • Proposed and helped initiate and direct a strategy to consolidate the ~25 applications into a core set of common applications that can manage all of ETA’s program needs through a reusable and configurable base system. This re-architecture reduces the number of applications to support and centralizes data for better management and reporting – saving ETA and DOL in future development and maintenance costs.
  • Helping to establish, apply, and enforce adherence to CMMI Level 3 standards as both a Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) member and CMMI implementer.
